How it works & compatibility
- Digital content. You get access through your personal learning area on agenticbuilders.at, in the browser. After purchase you create an account and sign in via email login (magic link), no password needed. The content comes as web lessons; the guide is also available as a PDF download.
- Personalized PDF add-on. If you add the PDF add-on, the PDF is stamped with a visible personal watermark carrying your email address. This is a technical protection measure against redistribution.
- Compatibility. All you need is a current browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) on desktop, tablet, or smartphone. You open the PDF with a standard PDF reader. No installation, no special equipment.
- Access. Your access is valid for at least 36 months from purchase, in line with the terms and conditions.

Before you pay: the first lesson is free to read, complete, and not a teaser. That's how you can judge the tone and the depth before you decide.
Honest about the right of withdrawal: because you explicitly consent to immediate access at checkout, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends when the course is unlocked. That isn't fine print, it's the reason the first lesson is open. The details are in the withdrawal information.
And beyond that, voluntarily: if you decide within 14 days of your purchase that the course isn't for you, write to office@gotzendorfer.at. You get the full price back, no reason needed. That's a promise from me, not a statutory right: the right of withdrawal stays gone, your money still comes back. It's written into the terms.
