How we build with AI

agenticbuilders is an AI company. This website, our courses and our products are built with the very same AI coding tools we teach. We keep this transparent — both as a matter of principle and as an early move towards the transparency obligations of the EU AI Act (Art. 50, applicable from 02.08.2026). In short: we build the way we teach.

Our principle

We use AI as a tool, not as an autopilot. Code drafts, research support, first-draft copy and visual assets are produced with AI assistance — but the decision about what gets published is always made by a human. The tools we use are Anthropic Claude Code and OpenAI Codex. This is not about magic; it is about a method you can follow: plan, build, review.

How we work

We work in a multi-agent workflow that runs in waves:

  1. Plan. A task is broken down into clearly scoped sub-steps, each with acceptance criteria and a fixed boundary.
  2. Build. Several AI agents work in parallel on their sub-steps — each limited to a narrow, well-defined slice.
  3. Review. Every release passes through human review gates: a technical build gate, a test suite and an editorial check.

Editorial responsibility for all published content lies with Bernhard Götzendorfer. Nothing goes live unreviewed.

What AI does — and what it does not

At agenticbuilders, AI handles:

At agenticbuilders, AI explicitly does not:

Labelling of AI-generated content

Images created with generative AI models, or edited with AI assistance, are labelled accordingly. This satisfies the transparency obligation under EU AI Act Art. 50(4).

Copy drafted with AI assistance undergoes an editorial review and carries human responsibility. For such editorially reviewed content the exception under Art. 50(4) sentence 3 applies — it is not material published automatically and unreviewed.

BuilderBob

BuilderBob is a prompt setup that you, as a buyer, use inside your ownClaude. It is not an AI system operated by us: there is no interaction with a chatbot hosted by agenticbuilders — you work with your own AI environment. For this reason there is no provider labelling obligation under Art. 50(1) today.

Should this change — for example if we offer BuilderBob as a hosted chat feature on our platform in the future — we will clearly label the system as an AI assistant and add the required notices (Art. 50(1)).
